Customer Management
Customer management is done in the Customer Care app.

When arriving on the customer list view, you will have several options to manage your customers.
Search bar → Allows you to search seamlessly on several fields at once, such as
Whole hierarchy codes
Whole hierarchy descriptions
Country
Registration n°

This app allows you to create customers (billing accounts in the OC hierarchy), and manage them directly from the portal.

Going inside your customer’s page on the portal, you then can see and edit their information on the generic section of the page (A rectangle).
The 360° customer view aggregates all the information on the customer that exists throughout the portal, going from quotes, to subscription, down to the customer’s balance and it’s possible collection plans. You are able to create new entries in most tabs of the 360 view, like quotes, subscriptions, invoices…
