Quote, Orders, Subscriptions… What about those?
Once your sales have mastered Customer creation in the Portal, the obvious next step is to get them (Customers) excited about your products and services, and be able to quickly raise quotes for them in order to get your opportunity moving forward.
As any COO, Sales Manager, or Sales Team member knows, it is the utmost importance to be able to quote your clients and prospects needs both as soon as possible (Time is money) and without any mistake obviously. Easier said than done… But as you can expect, we do have a solution at Opencell.
Quotations are the first step. Then usually come Orders and the Subscription. Obvsiously in your Opencell environment sales teams are not forced to start from the quotation, they can do it directly from the Order, and even from the Subscription.
