Simple one-shot orders

We have a specific ordre line type to apply one-shot other charges, with a dedicated UX.

One shot “other”

The one shot charge of type “other” are charge that can be applied to a subscription at any time.
Typically to apply penalties or for commercial gestures.

Simple one-shot other order creation

On the orders list, chan you create a new order, you can choose “Create quick one shot order“:

This will open an simplified order create page dedicated to this type of order.

Select target subscription

Select the mandatory target subscription and optional order type.

Only subscription to an offer containing products with one-shot “other” charges will available.

Review selected subscription information

Some basic information on the subscription will then be displayed.
You also have the possibility to choose a required delivery date.

Add products

Add products, input quantity, delivery date, and attribute values (if any).

Only product with one shot other charge from the subscription’s offer will be available

Save to create the order

Go back to the top of the page and save the order.

The Order will be in DRAFT (DRAFT) status and you will land on the standard order page where you can finalize the order.

One-shot other order line creation

On a standard order, you can add a one shot other order line with option “Apply one shot”.
You are not required to use the simple order creation described above.
