Dunning management

With Opencell V17, we are introducing Dunning V2, an upgraded version of our dunning module with enhanced algorithms, a new UI, and expanded functionality.

Previously, Dunning V1 (introduced in Opencell V12) supported only invoice-based dunning. Now, with Dunning V2, we are delivering:

• Customer-Based Dunning, allowing a consolidated approach at the customer account level.

• A new, improved UI, making navigation and configuration more intuitive.

• Optimized algorithms, ensuring better handling of overdue invoices and balances.

The Dunning Module remains a scalable and evolving component, continuously enhanced to introduce new functionalities over time. With V17, we take a major step forward in automating and refining the dunning process.
