As with any feature in Opencell, users must first configure its settings before using it. This page is entirely dedicated to the General Settings of the Dunning feature
The Dunning feature is part of the Customer Care module but belongs to a new category of activable features in Opencell. By default, it is disabled. To activate it, go to the Global Settings page of the Customer Care app, check the Dunning option, and click Save. This feature is available in all Opencell environments from version 12 onwards.
