Another tab whose display is linked to the activation of the actual feature in the Application settings.

Collection plans are linked to the Dunning feature. They allow your organisation to have a set of actions predefined that are specifically design for clients that have outstanding debts. To learn more about Dunning and Collection plans, please have a look here Dunning management
As you may have noticed by now, tabs in the 360° view are list views that allow you to asses and manage the your client’s life cycle in Opencell. This tab is a list view of all Collection plans, regardless of their status, linked to your customer.
In this tab, you will be able to use the default filter on CPs' statuses, but also use custom filters via :filter:
